Sadaf is an HR professional with over 9 years of experience in various capacities. She has extensive experience in developing HR strategy, mass and regular recruitment, higher management recruitment and headcount planning. She has also worked on developing policies and processes within HR and for other functional areas. She has also been involved with top tier universities through her work on employer branding, job fairs as well as career guidance and learning sessions. Atif Sajjad Qazi
Project Consultant

Atif has over 7 years of experience in the HR field. His experience includes core HR operations, talent acquisition, career counseling, employee engagement initiatives and extensive work on policy audit and revision. He has also worked in the Compliance function, both developing the process and running in consultation with the internal legal team. Saman Saleem

Sharing Consultant Saman has 4 years of HR experience with a concentration in organizational development and process improvement. She has worked on developing training needs analysis’ and designing subsequent training program schedules both functional and behavioral. She has worked on performance management for two years, where a major portion of the work included training managers on how to set effective goals and KPIs and how to assess employees. She has also conducted review sessions for senior management and information and support sessions for employees.
